The poison sea flower is a very poisonous plant to eat. It is bright pink to warn animals not to eat it. Some vikings used the sea flower to poison their arrows.

Spaghetti weed is a long thin seaweed that is found on many beaches in the north of Iceland. This seaweed can be eaten and is very delicious. It is very popular at restaurants all over Iceland.
